Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our quality team inspects each watch before dispatch to ensure it meets Poedagar standards.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, your order will arrive within 5–12 business days via our shipping partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Customs & Duties

Customs duties or import taxes may apply on international orders depending on your country's regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders
