We want you to be completely satisfied with your Poedagar watch. If something isn't right, here's how returns and warranty work.

30-Day Free Returns

You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is included — no forms, no fees, and no questions asked.

How to Request a Return

Email support@poedagar.uk with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

12-Month Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects

Every Poedagar watch is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. If a manufacturing defect appears within this period, contact us and we will repair or replace the watch at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, water exposure beyond the watch's specified depth rating, or normal wear and tear.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If your watch arrives damaged or develops a defect, send clear photos or video of the issue to support@poedagar.uk with your order number. We'll respond with a resolution within 24–48 hours.
